Freshport Asia, Thailand’s cool care specialists have announced the appointment of a new member to their team of experts.
Mr. Mike Morritt has been appointed as Lead Consultant and brings with him over two decades of experience in the design and implementation of industrial, warehouse and logistics projects around the world.
Mr. Morritt specialties in the design of operationally efficient logistics and manufacturing facilities will be of great use to Freshport Asia’s consultancy business. Over his career, Mr. Morritt has led projects in over 11 countries with an emphasis on creating efficient ambient & multi-temperature cold storage spaces.
Over the past decade, Mr. Morritt has been working & living in Asia which has given him an excellent understanding of how to deliver world-class facilities across the region in both tropical & temperate climates. Along with understanding the unique climate challenges, he is also experienced in managing multi-cultural teams of individuals.
Mr. Chris Catto-Smith, Freshport Asia’s Supply Chain Consulting & Solution Development Manager, said: “We are very grateful to have Mike on the team.
